In my six years of experience in the business world, I have noticed that the connection between religion and business is often overlooked. However, I believe it has great potential as an alternative to secular business principles that prioritize financial gain and power. This realization has troubled me, and I believe there should be a different approach to defining entrepreneurial success according to Islamic teachings.
